Due to the floors in the room being laminated wood with a specific design it’s hard to tell if the floor is dirty which in my case my floor was dirty and needed to be mopped it was dried up coffee and what ever else. So I would recommend one should mop the floors… Another issue was fecal residue on the toilet handle in which I cleaned with the motel towels and notified front desk

The property is not in great condition despite clear efforts to rehab. The room was not clean,other people's hair was everywhere. All surfaces were dirty. The furnitures and bedding were in need of replacement. There were burn holds in the bedding and stains in the tub. The "free breakfast" was bread, cow milk and cereal. There were no amenities at this property. It felt relatively safe. Staff were present, but not hospitable. They seem to think these conditions are appropriate. I would not recommend.

Took a hot shower and set off the fire alarm for 45 minutes because no one was at the front desk to turn it off, on the plus side they had a sign that said they would return in 15 min, I wasn’t there when the sign was placed, however it took someone longer than 45 to return to the desk to shut the alarm off

There was too many people arguing all night. This girl knocked on my door and ask was I’m in there by myself, it was very loud. A girl in the next room was arguing around 3am on the phone. Then a boy came in her room and they was arguing.

They did not respect the reservation that I had made where I reserved and paid for a room with 2 beds, at the time of checking in the hotel told me that the rooms were sold out and the solution was to give me 1 room with 1 single bed, when originally it was The reservation was for 4 people, that's why we needed 2 beds. It seems terrible to me how they make someone have to go through these inconveniences when I had already made my reservation in advance. They charged me the same, which is why I demand a refund of what the room originally cost. Where I ended up staying I paid 96 dollars for a room with 1 bed.
