"We had an absolutely fantastic five-day stay at this beautiful beach house with all the family and couldn't have asked for a better place. The house was wonderful — spacious, extremely comfortable — and the location right by the beach was simply perfect. We swam every day and enjoyed long walks by the beach. It was a very special few days for the whole family and we were genuinely sorry to leave. We would return in a heartbeat and couldn't recommend it highly enough!"
The Nags Head

"We stayed 4 nights in "the annex" of The Nags Head while attending the Goodwood Revival in Sept. Although the price was crazy expensive at £450 per night for a basic hotel room and breakfast, at the time we booked we couldn't find anything cheaper that was as close to the train and bus station. (It's an easy walk through the historic center, past inviting shops and restaurants.) The "annex" rooms are around the corner from the main in and pub, and the separation was no problem. The area felt safe and it was quite quiet since it was not directly on St. Pancras Street. (Even St. Pancras is not a particularly noisy street.) Our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast got us off to a good start. (Have the smoked haddock if you can!) But what made our stay most memorable were the attentive staff members who made us feel like were at home. Tom, Jimmy and Ricky (Rickie?) had smiles for us every time we saw them, and there helpfulness and cheerfulness were so welcoming. Nags Head is clean and tidy because Ricky takes her job seriously...and does it with a smile. And we felt like Jimmy wanted to be sure everything went well for us and that he'd help us solve any problem that came up. We really felt that we were surrounded by friends. With such kind staff, we're happy to recommend The Nags Head!"

"We were so surprised and how wonderful this little gem is. Lovely touches in the room. The food was beyond incredible and the staff couldn’t do anymore for you. We’ll be back for sure!"

"My brief stay was wonderful and would certainly stay there again. Only tiny downside is top bedroom has an adjacent shower room rather than en-suite but a very minor issue considering the positives of welcoming hosts , quiet location with a short pretty walk (20mins) to beach and having loverly breakfast on outside porch."

"I stayed 4 nights and my room was not serviced properly. I had to get them to make my bed after I retuned daily. I cannot understand why this was not done. I did not go on a bus mans holiday to make beds I do that at home. The food was very good at breakfast. My room was well used. Toilet seat would not stay up and blind needed replacing. I was in room 2."

"We had a fantastic stay, house was clean, weather was fantastic so pool was in full use, garden space is lovely, very well equipped house. Co-op, chip shop, Indian restaurants in walking distance, good location to get to Bosham, west wittering beach, bognor regis, and Hayling island. Some sun loungers would have been nice but overall we were very happy. Good communication from host, Thanks Laura for our memorable enjoyable stay"
