Welcome to the Agave Fox Unit #6! This newly remodeled complex is a combo of residence and businesses. Nestled on the tree lined Esplanade and conveniently located amidst shops, restaurants, Enloe Hospital and Chico State University. Each unit has its own full kitchen, bedroom and living room with a full size sofa sleeper.
The space
The Agave Fox is a thoughtfully designed complex where you can feel comfortable in your own space while having the convenience of accessible nearby businesses. Businesses in the complex include a hair salon, microblading studio and esthetician. Please inquire ahead of time if you are interested in any of these services and our friendly neighbors would be happy to have you. Located on the Esplanade you are walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, Enloe hospital and Chico State University
