In a city as magnificent as Salzburg, Schloss Monchstein was the number one highlight. The ever obliging staff are unforgettable wonderful. This hotel is perfection. The only problem was that they didn't make it snow...maybe we should have asked! Thank you Samantha and everyone for the days in heaven.

Absolutely fantastic hotel....firstly the amazing view's,and then all the little touches from the chocolate on the pillow to the dressing gown's and complimentary teas/coffee & soft drinks,it was a luxurious stay.
Breakfast was beyond it's four star rating with everything possible being available.Staff could not have been more helpful,and also very professional but still enjoying their work which was obvious by the atmosphere in the hotel.Underground parking beside the hotel huge plus when you...

Tradition with a modern touch. Excellent service from arrival to departure all staff were amazing. We do travel a lot around the world and have been to many fantastic locations, but this hotel easily qualifies for us in the top 20.
The hotel just reopened after a long rebuild and I was impressed on how they kept traditional elements through and through but high-tech when it comes to the technical functionalities.
The room service was in exact in time as promised and the whole menu very...
