"It was our 3rd and final visit. Each time there have been issues at check-in and check-out, I forget until the next stay, a terrible check-in; the rooms were not ready, even though we arrvived late afternoon well after check-in time. The front desk person was pushy and did a very long-winded up-sell that made no sense, as we had booked 3 rooms for privacy. The apartment he tried multiple times to up-sell had 2 rooms, with the 2nd divided by a flimsy partition. Breakfast was nice."

We loved the Oceanside walk into Rapallo, met with friends, went to Portofino and other beaches, and there is a beautiful terrace view for when you want to bring pizza home and drink wine!Valeria is a most accommodating and genuine host - goes above and beyond to help.Thank you so much!!"
