"Great house for large group. Has 9 beds! Second time staying here. I really wish they would add a bathroom downstairs. It wouldn’t be hard to do with the washer and dryer there. 1 main bath and a VERY TINY second bathroom is just not adequate for a house that size that is super comfy for 9 people."
"Overflowing trash that smelled, broken tp fixture, dead flowers, very used couch no pretty pillows like in photos, ice maker didn't work, very little lighting, back yard completely overgrown and the games were in terrible condition, not usable at all. The worst part for me was when I brought my Dad home from the hospital and turned down his bed, the sheets were dirty, wrinkled and clearly used. I was mortified. There were NO working smoke alarms, there were places on the wall for 2, but only one was there and it was disabled. We had to go purchase a battery to make sure we had some kind of protection. I notified the owner of all of these things, he offered a partial refund, but never followed through. Bait and switch. I would never stay there again."
"It was perfect for us. The bed was comfy. Nice shower / bathroom. At first, I felt like we'd get in their way since we were the basement unit of a home; however, after the first couple of nights, I did NOT feel that way at all. The host is super nice and they completely respected our privacy. It was a very pleasant stay. I will definitely stay here again. Plates, utensils, fridge, microwave..most of anything needed for a week long stay was provided here. "
"This place is amazing. We used it for a 13 year old birthday party with 11 friends. It had enough space to allow the boys to all stay in the same room with plenty of beds for everyone to sleep. A great experience. "
