"Loved everything about the property. Loved all the walks from the property. The walk to the waterfall was amazing. We are vegetarian and we had a number of choices to choose from. The room was outstanding. Breakfast was outstanding. Every last thing was a 10 out of 10. We had no clue what we were getting into when we came. Everything blew us away. Wish we could have stayed longer than the one night. Seeing I am an American the drive to the property was out of this world. Don’t know how I made it without a scratch on the car."

"A truly excellent and charming location. A charming, independent garden outside with a fire pit, table, and chairs. The interior is even more magnificent, well-maintained, and above all, equipped with everything you need... meticulously crafted. The table that converts to a bed was a simple but brilliant idea, the bathroom is enormous for a cabin, and the stove is truly wonderful. The only downside is the very narrow road leading to it; unfortunately, there's not much you can do about it... but it's definitely worth it!"

"This beautiful cottage is set in a gorgeous location off the beaten track, it's fantastic if your looking for a quiet get away.It's set 3 mins walk from the coastal path so it's fantastic if you have a dog.The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and was impressive to walk into with it's character features and the owners were truly lovely and helpful with advice on local walks."

"A lovely cottage in a quiet location,easy to find with the travel directions provided by Anne.everything provided that you would need for a short stay including wood for the wood burner,towels and bedding ect.it really is isolated so a car is a must ,with hartland village with its 2 shops and 3 pubs about 5 minutes drive away.saying that we did walk to hartland quay in about 45 minutes where there is a lovely pub with stunning views.would most definitely stay here again."

"We loved it. Annie is a wonderful host. House is kept clean and well maintained. Sauna and hot tub are checked regularly. The fire place was a blessing at any time of the day or night. And that lack of towns or city noises , just complete silence. I can’t remember when I enjoyed the silence so much. We will definitely back again. "
