"The bathroom was dirty a lot of lime scale on taps dirty coffee mugs went to reception with one mug as it had some kind of detergent ie bleach told go to bar and get new one got to bar bar was shut went back to reception and told to to other bar for a clean mug as a paying customer I think it’s unacceptable ..."

"There are many good things about this hotel and I would stay here again. My negatives were although the cooked options were good why does a four star establishment provide mostly tinned fruit at breakfast and yogurt in tubs. You used to be better than this. I also went for a swim at 6.30pm on a Friday ..."
