However was awaken at 3:00 in the morning from young kids running up and down hallway outside of door laughing and being so loud and loud inside room next to ours. Also very loud noise from other room like a loud bathroom fan that was on for a lot of the night. Didn’t get much sleep"

"Stayed one night when we attended a concert at Roger’s place. Walking distance to the arena. Staff was friendly. Our room was definitely on the older side - our window, curtain and the wall was definitely in need of attention but otherwise the room was fine for our purpose. Comfy bed and pillows. Hairdryer unfortunately did not work. Breakfast wasn’t the best (eggs bacon were not appetizing and hash browns overcooked ) but it was ok. I"

"The hotel was advertised as having a pool but was closed for the entire 4 nights that we stayed there. When we first checked in they said the pool would be open the next day. This was not true as the pool never opened. If I had know there was not going to be a pool I would have booked somewhere else."
