It is an old motel. Smells musty, stairs not clean. Shower head needs to be changed, not very effective. Fridge was leaking water. Bed skirt was a tripping hazard. Not good if traveling with elderly. I did like the many exits

The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful, especially Pam who gave us a bunch of recommendations for local spots to check out. Rooms were clean and very large. Didn’t get a chance to use the fitness center and/or spa area but it was nice to know it was there. The area nearby is nice in most directions. You can end up in a rough part of town if you aren’t sure of where you’re going, but the other directions have plenty of great food and public spaces.
