The first impression counts. There were two ladies at reception when I came in. One was occupied with another member of staff and the other had her head down doing some admin work. The second one looked up, smiled and said she cant serve me and continued working. The first one disappeared and I was left waiting for a few minutes unattended. I would have thought that the customer is the priority? Not admin work or a work colleague?

It would have been a good stay except for one thing...the bed mattress was terrible and I spent the night tossing and turning and only managed 3 hours sleep and I was speaking at a funeral the next day so it wasnt good. Eveything else was great so if they could just provide mattresses where the springs dont bite into your back, shoulders and thighs it would be a great place to stay

I am very happy with the hotel , it is right in the centre of the city on a very busy street. The room was of good quality and clean. Only issue was that the AC / heating unit in the room made a rattling noise when on so i couldn't really use it however there was a oil heating radiator unit in the room,.

We had a great 2 nights stay at the assembly with everything we needed. Plenty of space and lovely and clean. Good communication from the host throughout. A short walk into the centre with some nice bars close by
