The hotel is in a really good location, is fairly clean, the breakfast buffet is really nice and the rooms are fairly clean and comfortable. However; I felt a bit disappointed that the hotel management wants to just focus on making money. I stayed here for a entire week and I told them that on my last day, my flight is later in the evening and if they could allow me to check out a bit later in the afternoon. They flat out refused and asked for $100 to let me check out at 4 pm. That tells me that it wasn't a availability issue because they were willing to let me stay till 4 pm for a extra $100. This is bad business. If I stayed for just a couple of days, that would have been a different story. I stayed at this hotel for a full week and paid around $1000 for my stay - showing some courtesy to the hotel guests and allowing them to checkout a bit later goes a long way to build goodwill and earn more business.

Our stay was very comfortable at the Megapolis. We were 2 adults and 2 children in a deluxe room with 2 beds. There was a mini fridge with refreshments and snacks upon arrival and water was replenished everyday.. The buffet breakfast selection was vast and the sky walk connecting to the mall was very convenient but there were stairs so going with a stroller was difficult. The hotel decor was very impressive however some of the furniture appeared to be in disrepair and the hallway carpets on our floor needed to be vacuumed as there was visible dirt, even right outside our door, for the duration of our stay. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Loved the gym.
