Room not cleaned properly. Coffe cup dirty; food remnants on sofa; urine stains on toilet. Brekafast was shocking. Eggs like rubber - we asked for fresh cooked over medium - they came not turned, overcooked and only 3 instead of 2; bacon like leather cooked one side only; hash browns like powder; baked beans almosst cold. Complained about all and only response was 'Sorry to hear you were dissatisfied'
