The estate can comfortably accommodate up to 36 guests across 18 beautifully appointed bedrooms distributed throughout the three villas, making it ideal for large families, groups of friends, retreats, and special celebrations. Each villa features its own private swimming pool, outdoor dining areas, and charming living spaces, allowing guests to enjoy both privacy and shared moments together in a unique Tuscan atmosphere.

Surrounded by olive groves, cypress trees, and hidden corners of nature, Villa Febea Estate offers a rare sense of tranquility while remaining close to charming hill towns, wineries, thermal spas, and cultural landmarks of Tuscany and Umbria.

Villa Febea Estate is also available for weddings and private events. Wedding celebrations are subject to a venue fee, and tailored wedding packages are available based on the number of guests and the style of the event.
