"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

"The Hotel is difficult to find, the location in hotels.com is leading to a hill behind the hotel with no access. Go to theater place and cross the river towards the Grandhotel, there it is. But finally the location is very convenient in the middle wog the walking streets close to all the colonnades. The reception was super friendly, but the place is far from 4 stars. "Excellent hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. Small kitchen, unfortunately without microwave. Hotel is located in a very quiet but beautiful surrounding. Not much to do in the village of Schöneck, so for restaurants or shopping you need to take a trip."

"The apartment was extremely clean and serviced regularly. I really appreciated finding such a nice accommodation that allows dogs (including an extra cleaning fee). It would have been nice if parking spots had been included in the price; this was the only downside."
