"Property is exactly as described, property manager was awesome. Property was clean and had a great ocean view. The only compliant I would have, is the king sized bed mattress. The king mattress is extremely soft and has sagged so much that the center sinks into a V‑shape. No matter where you lie, you end up sliding toward the middle. It offers almost no back support, and you feel stuck in a dip, which makes it surprisingly hard to get out of bed. Other than the mattress I thought the property was great."

Leading up to our stay Brandon and Ashley answered all my questions and gave me helpful links and information about the home as well as the area. Our greeter, Henrietta, was awesome! She met us there at the property to show us around the home and gave us helpful advice. Such a peaceful location, beautiful home, we had a wonderful stay on the island."

"The home was beautiful! It was in a great location to everything we wanted to do while in St John. The host was extremely helpful- he was knowledgeable about the area and the activities and was quick to respond when I had questions. It was our first time in St John and the experience was everything we had hoped!"

"Villa Belvidere was our week in paradise with incredible ocean views of St Thomas and surrounding islands, our own private pool, patio and gardens, grill and deck overlooking the ocean, and balconies off of each private bedroom. The outdoor shower made of natural stone and shells was such a treat every day to have the sun shining on you during your shower (and not have the hot water steam up the inside bathroom). The king size bed was super comfortable and the outdoor kitchen bar was fun to wake up and go outside to make my coffee and smoothie every morning. Having the hot plate worked out great to make our eggs and complete with the outdoor grill we had everything we needed to cook lots of simple meals at our place. We appreciated having the cooler, beach chairs, and especially the inflatable inner tube to float around in the ocean at all the beautiful coves and beaches. I was able to float around on the inner tube at Maho beach and see lots of turtles through the crystal clear water. That was the coolest thing I did during our week at St John. The location is so convenient to Cruz Bay and all the best beaches. Thank you for a week in paradise, it was like a second honeymoon for us!"

"This beautiful place was perfect for our family of 6. Spacious, clean and plenty of living areas and sleeping space. The outdoor space is so lovely with the pool, plumeria and spectacular views. I would recommend getting a rental car to future guests. Excellent overall!!"
