"We had a great stay overall and would definitely recommend it, especially for families. Staff & Grounds The staff were wonderful—extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. I was also really impressed by how much care and effort goes into maintaining the property; the lawns, gardens, and surrounding grounds were absolute perfection. Rooms & Facilities Pools & Location: The location is unbeatable, sitting right next to Bang Tao Beach. The selection of pools was fantastic, very well-maintained, and the kids absolutely loved them. Room: The room was completely fine for our needs. While it felt a little older, everything was clean, fully functional, and comfortable. Gym: The gym is on the basic side and feels somewhat dated—it could definitely use an upgrade. Breakfast Hiccup The only negative incident occurred on our first morning. My wife went down for breakfast with our children, and the restaurant presented a bill for two adults. When she questioned it, staff claimed I had already come down for breakfast earlier. She explained that wasn't true, and after some insistence, they corrected the charge. It was likely just a communication mix-up, but it left a slightly odd impression. Final Verdict: Despite that minor mix-up at breakfast, it was a wonderful experience with great hospitality, lovely grounds, and ideal beachfront access for a family getaway."

"Overall great villa . Amazing villa , pool and facilities , spa and gym were closed but we made do , staff are super responsive and room service and food top notch . If I had to nitpick . The beach was average and not really a place to go . What a sprawl of restaurants but always empty so if you’re looking for a buzz I didn’t see one . I prob saw 2 other couples there . And one thing , I think a fan at the pool area of my villa would have been useful to cool down the air and make it more of a spot to chill . Other than that a perfect getaway if you want an excellent villa experience and privacy ."
