The resort was amazing specially the staff, the staff name Jun ( recipient) was outstanding and very helpful, he supported me with all my needs. Very helpful staff, I was upgraded to a villa and they all responded very quick to any request. Everything was amazing.

We stayed for 12 nights, fam of four, good room sizes, friendly staff, very good location, calm and peaceful Would highly recommend this hotel. Excellent wifi connection,nice gym and pool. To be improved def the food in terms of quality and value for money.

Cannot fault them, great rooms, incredible staff, crystal clear pool, restaurant serving delicious food, drinks and coffee. Loved the location - next to beach, 5 min drive to Boat Avenue and Porto De Phuket. Staff gave excellent recommendations on places to see / other restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Bangtao. Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. Bangtao Beach is right in front of the hotel, with great cafés and restaurants nearby, and we loved how peaceful and uncrowded it was compared with Patong. We also enjoyed sightseeing and tours using Grab, while still being able to experience a truly relaxing resort atmosphere. The private pool was fantastic, and we especially loved being able to use it even late at night. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The service was outstanding, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of from beginning to end. We would definitely love to stay here again!

This is a wonderful place to stay on your way here to phuket or home. Beautiful property with easy access to the beach which is gorgeous. The pool is fabulous and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Just a wonderful experience.

This was a beautiful resort, that was such great value for money, and was nice and quiet. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was consistently pleasing, the shared areas and pool were always clean and well maintained, and the beach across the road had great spots to eat as well as for massages. We would 100% stay here again!

Fantastic stay. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with our own pool which overlooked the beach. Staff, service and food were excellent. 15 min taxi to Bang Tao with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff were so attentive and friendly, while our rooms were spacious and clean. The kids loved the pool, both in the room and within the resort. The access to the beach was easy and the beach very quiet. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Really pleasant stay at Movenpick Bangtao. Its a tad old but the hotel is well maintained and the environment is great for families. It has large rooms, a nice pool and close to the beach. There are mosquitoes though which can be annoying. Overall still 5 star

Really enjoyed the stay .. room was large and clean but a little dated as was the pool facilities. This didn’t stop us having a great time. Staff were excellent and very eager and willing to please Breakfast was excellent and service from Abby and Orly was amazingly warm and generous. Close to the beach and Smigos beach restaurant which was excellent.

The property was well situated and 10min away from great local restaurants. Service from check in to check out all were exceptional. Greeted w Tea and host was able to accomodate us as we arrived much earlier than our regular checkin time. Facilties were excellent - clean and very well kept. Grear breakfast and good service all around. Will be back again. Beach was just few steps away w local restaurants as well.

Breakfast and pool good. Property right on the beach though. Room ok but hotel in general not as good as other hotels we stayed in Phuket. Too expensive for what it was. Hotel a bit bland and a bit too far to walk to the other beach bars etc (40 mins) We were disappointed for the price we paid. Staff were nice but we had to wait 2 hours to check in even although the place was fairly quiet

We loved this resort! Our room was amazing. If you can splurg for the room with the private pool, get it!! It is so worth it to be able to take a swim at 3am, and you never leave your room. We had a room with two bedrooms, and it was huge. The place is uniquely designed and very nice. The staff is amazingly. Yean took care of us almost every day. He was excellent. The beach was a short walk away. I would recommend this resort to everyone. It is a little secluded. So you will have to take a taxi when you need to do things outside of the resort. But the staff makes that easy for you also. They get you a car really quickly. I have nothing bad to say about this resort. Our stay was amazing!!
