I liked the private jacuzzi I had, 2 things I did not like 1-not hot water on the jacuzzi but the water temperature was ok, 2- is a little far from beach. If you are planning tours with hotel pick-up this hotel may be a good choice, staff is great and premises were very clean during my stay.

住在三間房加私人泳池的房間，能按自己喜歡的時間游泳很好！ 可是某位工作員不是太友善，要求用泰文與當地司機溝通並沒有提供協助。 但其餘的工作員非常友善和親切！

Comfortable resort

It is a very nice resort, but little far from city ,and also up on the hill . If you want to breach . Have to walk down to a steep road for 5 to 10 minutes.

Lovely room and great pool. Breakfast was acceptable . The walk up to the hotel was very steep. Fine if you’re fit , a struggle with small children. Good to have a bike or car when staying there

The most disgusting and creepy hotel imaginable.

Location: walking distance from Surin Beach, but 30 mins drive to Patong Beach and international airport. One day will be sufficient to explore everything around the resort. 24hrs 711 and few good restaurants are nearby. Resort: There no other activities within the resort. Games room and business centre are not operational. Staff/Service/cleanliness: Staff is friendly and basic communication in English is possible. Air conditioner was not working in one room and never fixed even after several complaints. In several areas water was continuously dripping from roof. You can expect all types of crawling insects in your accommodation, specially near the pool area and kitchen. Bad odour in all rooms and washrooms. Cleaning staff was not professional and leaving most areas dirty every time. I was charged THB 100 for a broken drinking glass, which was probably broken by cleaning staff and they informed me at the time of checkout. There are no cookware’s in kitchenette and you have to request if you need few. They have very limited options and most cookware’s are very old and not good for cooking. You will find only a electric kettle in your kitchen. There was no microwave, toaster, etc. It will be very difficult if you are planning to prepare your own breakfast or meals.

Horrible manager at a 4 star hotel

I specifically asked to make sure my room did not have mosquitoes when I returned to stay for the evening, as I have had dengue fever before, I am very paranoid about mosquitoes. The manager, Christopher said that I should not come to Thailand! I was completely shocked! What type of response is this? I told him I have been to Thailand many times without issues especially if the hotel is rated 4-5 stars. I killed 5 mosquitoes in my room. 2 of which were sucking blood from me as I killed them. I think the situation would have been more pleasant had the manager had just said, I am sorry for that and what can we do to make your stay more pleasant instead of telling me I should not visit Thailand! Someone of his character should not be working in hospitality!

Room was facing the sea. Just 5 minutes walk down and you will find 7 eleven and a few other 24 HR mart. It is reasonable there. Great place to stay and super friendly staff.

Ayant lu certains commentaires précédants, nous étions un peu inquiets en débarquant dans cet hôtel. Pourtant tout était très bien: grande chambre propre et fonctionnelle, petit déjeuner délicieux, employés de l’hôtel très sympathiques, piscine propre. Le petit point négatif : la localisation (ça monte fort pour y arriver) et les alentours de l’hôtel qui semblent un peu à l’abandon.

The walk up to the hotel will certainly help you lose weight! The overall outcome is that it had 3 bedrooms and a private pool which was great however the place could do with a little more painting and tidying up The breakfast was not great but the staff were really good and it served its purpose
