- Magnificent fully managed complex of just 40 apartments, adjacent to the World renown Laguna 5 star Golf club, and Banyan Tree Spa hotel. (Conde Nast Gold List, on of the best in locations in the World) Elevated location overlooking lake, plenty of bird life. Surrounded by latex plantation, view to Layan and Bang Tao beaches on the West facing Andaman coastline (Pearl of Asia) with magnificent Sunsets. The beach has been nominated 4th best in World by Lonely Planet Guide. Location can be found on Google Earth, type into the 'fly to' box 8 01'33.50"N 98 17'52.42"E (Image pre the building, but area is well shown). The apartment is furnished in Asian style to a very high standard, we have full air-conditioning, 2 TV's international channels inc BBC and CNN News. We have several BBQ's and sun decks, great for wedding receptions. Next door the famous 360 Bar at Phuket Pavilions, the 'in place' to watch sunset, and fine dining if you want.
