"Excellent location close to main train station and several tram and bus lines including bus 175 that goes directly to and from the airport. Staff was excellent, room very comfortable except tram noises from outside (hard to control) and excellent buffet breakfast."

"Just a splendid and beautiful place with an outstanding restaurant WAY above typical food Breakfast cannot be described, must be enjoyed to appreciate Hotel is older but very well maintained and was built with the very best materials and design including the best bathtub I’ve ever seen, very hot water and comfortable bed. Staff is friendly and helpful and spoke English I have stayed here on each trip to Warsaw, twice yearly over a few years now. "

"I’m really glad we chose to stay at Puro. The location is fantastic—very walkable and close to everything in the Centrum area, all the way down to the Old Town. There are plenty of great restaurants and places to eat just steps away from the hotel. Our room was comfortable and well-designed. The only feedback I have is that there wasn’t enough space to store our clothes. We stayed for a week in November and brought quite a bit with us. Keeping everything in our suitcases wasn’t ideal, especially since there wasn’t much room to place the luggage except on the bed. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel. The staff spoke English, which made communication super easy. I would definitely consider staying here again."

Номер чистый, уютный, с прекрасным видом из окна, особенно в когда , В номере всё очень удобно расположено, чувствуется грамотный и профессиональный подход к организации интерьера. Особенно понравился отдельный столик-консоль для чаепития. Очень удобно, что есть питьевая, газированная и ледяная вода на выбор. Завтраки тоже очень хорошие — большой выбор блюд, фрукты и десерты -- все свежее и вкусное. Хорошее обслуживание, администраторы и персонал очень вежливые и всегда готовы помочь. Отель в центре города, много магазинов и кафе в близком доступе . Отдых удался, рекомендую! "

"Great hotel and accommodation! We loved the beautiful high floor deluxe room we got, the service especially Gregory’s..was excellent. The only downside was during breakfast..the hotel was packed and full of people dining which affects the service and the vibes ..we didn’t like it so much. Location is very convenient too. "
