We normally come all the time and it is a lovely place to be and staff are amazing and lovely. But this stay was our worst one yet. There was bugs all over our bed. Stains all over the carpet and the room had a foul smell to it like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Park House Hotel
Breakfast was lovely however, we were in the Elizabeth Suite which was urgently in need of updating and a good clean. The bed was horrendous, like sleeping on a brick.
