"Property was nice, very trendy decor. Lacking enough staff to work though. Only one staff at the front desk for check in and it was busy. At one point the front desk staff had to leave and put up a sign that she was away from the desk. The breakfast crew was only 1 person too. Food was running out during the busy time. There was a hair in the eggs. "

"Gateway is consistently a great place to stay. Front desk folks are always friendly, competent, and knowledgeable. Rooms are always clean. I usually stay when things are not super busy so the rate is very reasonable. I love it here."

"Nestled surprisingly close to a golf course, the Qube Hotel was a fantastic find. We chose it for its convenient location, as it was only about a 20-minute drive to Iowa State for a football game. The hotel is also just a few blocks away from several bars and restaurants, making it a great spot for an evening out. The owners were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip."
