"Staff, needs to take classes on customer service, as a recovering knee replacement patient I was forced to walk down three flights of stairs due to elevator not working.Also, the young man at the desk didn’t care at all. I told him I wanted to speak to management. He said management will be in at 9 AM and there’s nothing that I can do about it."

"The hotel is dated, and in need of an update. The staff was friendly and helpful, however our room was supposed to have two queen sized beds but they were actually full sized. "

"Dirty, dirty, Dirty! I booked a 3 day stay and could not stay one night. The lobby was a mess. That should have been my red flag from the get go. The carpet in my room was full of what looked like pee spots from a dog. The dresser had broken drawers that were inoperable. Its way too much to list. Me personally, would never go back to visit this location. "
