"The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was basic. The bar food and drinks were awesome. Our bartender Heli was the absolute best. My family and I enjoyed our stay."

"Online and I was told by staff there was no smoking in the rooms but our room stunk of cigarette smoke. The shower was grimy so we had to clean it to use it. The door in the room looked like it was kicked down at some point, the lock was broken. Felt unsafe. "

"This hotel allows pets like crazy. But they do not clean or use air fresheners after the pet owners leave. I stayed 3 nights in 2 different rooms and both of them had strong pet smell. I feel nauseated and sick of the smell. One of the rooms on 1st floor had wavy floor (possibly due to some flood issue or damp ground). The floor was wet with moisture when I entered around 6pm. The front desk guy lied that the cleaning person just mopped the room (at 6pm!!)."
