When I requested a working fridge I was told that I had to change rooms and first needed to take everything out of the first room and return to the front desk for a different keycard. The cleaning people should check to make sure everything works before. This was a big inconvenience after a long flight that was delayed. Also, housekeeping knocked on my door even though I had provided a check out time. "
