"Cramped room with too much furniture (would have been better as a double bed than 2 singles. No hot water, pity because shower room was good 2 tvs for some reason, only small one worked. Owner said it was quirky and he was right. However, it was cheap so alright for 1 night."

"The caravan is lovely set in the peaceful countryside with goats, chickens and cows for the little ones to enjoy. There is a local shop with post office, pub, takeaway food and petrol station. Within easy reach of Llandudno, Conwy castle and picturesque Porthmeridan, ideal base for hiking. The caravan was clean with linen and towels provided, our host was welcoming and informative. Would definitely return"

"The property is beautiful well maintained. Easily accessible by car. The hut has got all your basic amenities. Hot tub was awesome couldn’t have asked more so relaxing. Church Bay Porth Swtan just on 9 mins by car. If you like to be at a quiet place between the nature,this is the place for you. The host is lovely :)"

"Lovely stay. Property was lovely and clean and matched the listing. The view from the window never gets tiring and the sunsets were amazing. We only scored 4 stars as probably could do with a new mattress for the bed and we couldn’t find a corkscrew (imagine the horror). "

"FIRSTLY WE FOUND THE BED LINEN AND BATHROOMS CLEAN ... HOWEVER THE KITCHEN WAS NOT ... THE CUPBOARDS WERE VERY GRUBBY .. I DIDN'T PUT ANY OF MY FOOD ITEMS AWAY ... I WAS NOT PREPARED TO CLEAN THEM BEFORE I USED THEM ! THE CUTLERY DRAWER HAD HAIRS IN IT .. THE PLASTIC DRAINER WAS VERY DIRTY .. I PUT IT OUT OF USE AS IT WAS VERY UNHYGIENIC AS WERE THE NUMEROUS MUGS THAT WERE CHIPPED AND CLEARLY HAD BEEN FOR A LONG TIME AS THE CHIPS WERE BROWN / BLACK WITH GRIME ... I SERIUOSLY DO NOY UNDERTAND WHY THEY WERE EVEN IN THE CUPBOARDS !! OTHER BOWLS PLATES ALSO CHIPPED ?? THE CHOPPING BOARDS WERE A DISGRACE ... THE ONE I DID FIND TO USE I HAD TO STERILSE WITH BOILING WATER .. WE DIDN'T USE ANY ITEM FROM THE CUPBOARDS WITHOUT WASHING IT FIRST, THAT SHOULDN'T BE NECESSARY .. THE FLOOR WAS VERY DIRTY .. WHY ? THE WIDOWS WERE FILTHY .. AGAIN WHY ? WE HAD TO TOP THE BOILER UP SO IT WORKED .. AS WE HAVE OIL HEATING AT HOME WE KNEW WHAT TO DO THE SO CALLED LOGS FOR THE LOG BURNER WERE ACTUALLY PIECES OF ROTTING TIMBERS ? THE CARPETS WEREN'T REALLY VACUUMED WELL ... NOT SURPRISING WITH A HENRY THOUGH .. THE ANSWER WOULD I RECOMMEND WOULD BE GET IT PROPERLY CLEANED THEN YES AS I FOUND IT NO .. CLEANLINESS SHOULD BE PARAMOUNT ... ALSO THE POTS OUTSIDE THE FRONT ENTRACE ARE AS SCRUFFY AS ... IF YOU CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO HAVE THEM MAINTAINED DON'T HAVE THEM AT ALL ? ! YOU DID ASK !!"

"Lovely van to stay in, brilliant location, the beach is 5-6 minutes walk down the hill along with the cafe and lobster pot and up the hill is the church bay pub, maybe 5 minute walk The van has a good sized modern open kitchen/diner with plenty of cooking utensils and the lounge is also a good size.Only 3 of us stayed but there's plenty of room, it has a very large garden area with patio furniture and a large area for parking."
