"I truly loved my stay here. It exceeded my expectations. The amenities were amazing, from the complimentary breakfast to direct lake access with included kayaks. Being able to bring my pet along made it even better! The staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The property itself is stunning. Perfect for spending time outdoors, connecting with nature, and taking in the peaceful views. The free breakfast was traditional, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"Great property. Quiet, quaint, and peaceful. My only recommendations for improvement would be to do a contactless check-in like Casa Lobo. This would save time for both the management/owners and any potential guests. Then people can just check-in with a special pinpad or lockbox. Especially since the doorbell is not working anyways. The Treehouse could also probably use some new blankets, pillows, and sheets as even after going through the laundry it still smelled like the prior guest. A couple of ants and spiders as well, but that is to be expected in a treehouse. Overall an amazing experience. I would come here with my s/o again in a heartbeat if we are in San Pedro La Laguna again. Also very affordable and accommodating management/ownership. Comms were a bit delayed, but understandable.
