"The location is great - very accessible to the rest of the city. It is a quaint little hotel, not over the top or gaudy. The room had a small juliet balcony which we kept open most of the time because they do pump a lot of scent into the rooms. The biggest issue is that there is a fire alarm directly over the bed that flashes a white light every 5 seconds all night long. I am not being dramatic when I tell you that you saw every flash even through closed eye lids. It kept both of us up all night. "

"Staff were good. Location is excellent if you dont mind walking a bit to most tourist spots like plaza mayor, the palace, the cathedral, etc Room was not that good. They gave us room thwt was like in the middle. The window. Was small and open to just hole in the middle of the building. The air in the room never feel fresh. Maybe other rooms can be better but our room was definitely not good. "
