"This is an amazing hotel in the centre of Madrid - brand new & luxurious with big, well styled rooms. The staff were fantastic, the food in the restaurant was great, and the rooftop pool is simply amazing! My only comment is that there is no desk in the room (unusual for most hotels) if you're planning to work like I needed to - there is a single table but it's low down and fairly small so wouldn't be comfortable for a days work."

"Conveniently located, lovely staff, and clean accommodation. Check-in was a little tricky (emails with the relevant info ended up in my spam folder), but the staff was extremely helpful when I called the front desk. A bit of street noise at night but nothing too loud. Lots of good shopping nearby and well placed relative to the metro, I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Madrid!"
