"The room was nice, clean and good size for the money. The breakfast was OK, but a little hard to navigate. There was a football tourney in town for kids. They used up the entire pool and the pool bar was not open. We had to yell at the kids running in the hall knocking on doors at 11pm. The sink stopper was stuck and the hair dryer did not work. In spite of asking the desk, they were not fixed. These are little things that make a four star into a 3."

"The hotel itself is nice but and the rooms are clean but they need upgrades, especially in the bathrooms. What was really disappointing what the quality of the food. We had dinner at the hotel arrived, and the food was terrible and the prices were outrageous. Not recommended at all the service at the restaurant was also not great considering there was nobody in the restaurant, my son had to go over to get their attention to have a water refill. For the price of the room, you can definitely get a nicer place in Merida with a delicious breakfast included in the price."

"It was a great location. Quiet , beautiful and safe. Near a mall with some restaurants. It was a little complicated to get into because the security is very tight. We were given a keycard to access the building, but we also needed it to get out of the building too. So when we left the property we had to take it, tried to give it to security, but they wouldn’t take the keycard. I had to mail it back when we got to our next destination. Not a big deal, but clarify what you are supposed to do at check out. "
