"We had the most amazing stay at this gorgeous 4-bedroom family home. It’s spacious, beautifully finished and perfectly laid out so everyone had their own comfy space. With 3 full bathrooms, 2 separate living areas with flat screen tv's and spacious wardrobes, it could easily accomodate 2 families. The pool was a highlight - sparkling clean, private, and perfect for cooling off in the Queensland sunshine. Our kids spent hours splashing around while we relaxed in the beautiful seating area. Being pet friendly was a real bonus; it meant our furry family member could come along for the holiday, which made it even more special. The home has absolutely everything you could need, making it stress-free and easy for families (and pets) to enjoy. Plenty of nearby shops, restaurants and the lovely Forest Lake walking track — such a peaceful, charming neighbourhood. Our host was super friendly and responsive too. It exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back!"

"Difficult to sleep as sheets were itchy and a lot of light intrusion. B&B? No coffee, sugar or tea, milk supplied. The bathroom was very dusty and toilet either stained or not cleaned. Previous tenants rubbish left behind in bathroom and a dirty sock left under the lounge cushion. Kitchen adequately equipped. Furniture adequate. We have stayed in many budget accommodation and never experience dusty, rubish and scratchy sheets before. Wont be back."

"Extremely disappointing experience.From the beginning, communication was poor and frustrating, we had to resubmit the same paperwork multiple times, and there were repeated requests for additional or duplicate payment. It was clear the property is managed by an offshore company, which made resolving even simple issues incredibly difficult.After hours on the phone just to gain access to the house, we arrived to find blocked drains and sewage overflowing — an absolutely unacceptable condition for any guest.I would not recommend this property or its management company."
