"For me, it's perfect Location: - If you're looking for a breathtaking sight of Mt Fuji, this is the way to go. It may not be the most convenient Hotel but I'd say it has a great view of Mt. Fuji. Staff: - They are professional, Friendly and well Respected. They will give you very accurate information at their hotel and try their best to make you feel comfortable. Dinner: - Dinner is a must-have. I'm sure there are other options around, but make sure you try them since you're there. All their food was fresh or cooked on site. The quality is top-notch. Room: - The Mt. Fuji view room is everything you would expect for a four-star hotel. Clean, essentials were ready to use, comfortable, and quiet. I personally was very please at the fact that although it's right next to a busy street, I still got my quality sleep. Breakfast: - equally amazing as the dinner. I like that they had western style and a traditional Japanese breakfast. Be there early for an even better experience. Overall, it's one of my personal favorites, and I definitely will come back in the future. Make sure you try their onsen while you're their you'll be surprise on how good it is."

"Perfect location. Pity Mount Fuji was covered by cloud as it rained throughout our stay. Room was fairly bare but did have everything you need, bar the aircon, which was just heat or fan and seemed to blow hot either way. So we just opened the window a touch. Breakfast was, again, Japanese heavy, but to be expected. Staff, as usual throughout Japan, were lovely. "

"AC/Heat very inconsistent, either too hot of cold yet remote was left in a visual spot for the unit. Check in was frustrating as code was not given even tho we received a ambiguous email asking for a reply if we were going to be late yet it was required regardless to get the entry code. That was a challenge as we received several emails with portions of a email address that would not copy without a circle with an exclimation in it. finally sorted after several back and forth's.. arbnb's have been easier to gain entry. "

"Stayed here for one night to visit Mount Fuji. Accommodation was clean, with all facilities needed. Futons gave a real Japanese experience. Close to train station about 10 minute walk. We had a good view of Mount Fuji from window. The area itself is very quiet with limited places to eat/ drink but our main reason was to visit Mount Fuji. "
