We had a family emergency during our stay, and I cannot imagine a more caring and helpful person as Francesca. It is a pleasure to have stayed in this home and known this amazing family. "Just a few steps from the Pantheon made this hidden gem a perfect place to start our day and we loved visiting the little Trattoria Il Lucana at the end of our adventures. Lots of great restaurants near by and we were very comfortable with two bedrooms and two bathrooms giving us some privacy when travelling with friends. Easy check in and check out. "The location was great! The apartment decor was nice but not great for a family of 6 adults. The second bath w/shower is not readily available to 3rd bedroom. The extra sofa bed was not made up and had to request linen. Need mirrors in bedrooms. Rather than using an available wall for a nice storage cabinet, dishes are stored HIGH above sink(step stool needed) and pans are stored in the oven. "The check in process took a while since people all arrived at the same time and there was no order to who went next because the machine was broken to take a number.
