The room was clean, the staff was courteous, and the shuttle service to the airport was great, but the mattress in my room was very uncomfortable and needs to get replaced. Thank you

The room was just right for the price. I must say the staffs were accommodating or patient with us when asked about getting around ROME i.e. bus, metro, train & taxi ride back to the airport.
