Staff persons ( SARAI & CYNTHIA) at the front desk were very courteous and even surpassed the customer service standards of this beautiful hotel at the heart of downtown Mexico City. This is my # 1 hotel for years!

I had such a wonderful stay here! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations.
