The hosts reached out upon arrival to make sure everything was as expected and they checked in during the stay. Helpful suggestions to local attractions were also provided which was considerate especially since this was our first trip to Quebec. I would totally recommend this place to family and friends."

"This condo is surprisingly spacious! We enjoyed the hot tub even in frigid winter temps! The kitchen is set up well for cooking full meals. Do be aware that there are two sets of stairs to the unit and we didn't see an elevator, so be aware of mobility restrictions and carrying luggage / groceries etc. to the condo! Also: bring warm, cushioned house shoes, the floor is concrete and it can feel cold, especially in winter. Loved our stay!"

"We loved the clean rooms, spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, indoor parking, beautiful surroundings and location. Our family really enjoyed our 3nights stay here. Owner was responsive when we had issue with the electric fan, in the end they had it replaced. Overall, was fantastic experience. The best place to stay when in Quebec, will go back again. "

"We, a group of eight seniors, enjoyed five wonderful nights in this house in late September as the leaves were turning beautiful colors. Nadine was an excellent communicator, very prompt with tips and advice.The house is in very good condition. Air conditioners are in each bedroom and in all the common areas. The amenities are over the top with pool, hot tub, fire pit, pool table and ping pong table.Kitchen is well equipped with tons of dishes, glassware, silverware, and various pots and pans. There is a Keurig and two coffee makers plus various teas.There is one long dining room table seats probably 24 people or so. You can also fit eight around the large kitchen island and enjoy meals there, too.Our group debated about whether to stay on the island or in Quebec City and we were all unanimous in preferring the island location. We were able to comfortably spread out in the house and grounds and enjoy the modest island sights on one day.The largest grocery store on the island, which has many of the basics, but is not to be confused with a supermarket, is a 2 minute drive from the house. A large IGA and Costco are on the mainland 20-30 minutes away.We did a day trip to Quebec City, just 20 minutes away despite lots of construction, which was enough for most of us. On another day, we visited the beautiful Jacques Cartier National Park about an hour away where we did some hiking.All of us would recommend this property to those needing lots of beds and amenities."
