Staff is wonderful which compensates for the lack of amenities! You have to park in a garage and haul your luggage to your room, down ramps and stairs! There was no hot water for showers, luke warm water only. The air conditioner did not go below 70 in the room.

The halls were stark white, no art or anything. The lobby smelled like a sewer for the entire time we were there. Our phone did not work and could not call the valet.
