"Property condition I marked as a 4 only because the property was under renovations. The stay was perfect. Staff was amazing, breakfast was great with lots of selection. We used the public parking beside the hotel just due to heavy traffic out front of the hotel entrance but was extremely satisfied with keeping out vehicle there for the weekend… Great places to walk to in every direction around the hotel, very beautiful downtown core.. will definitely be back next trip to Cincinnati. "

"Unfortunately my son woke up with a bed bug biting his arm. This was a real shock. And now after reading other online reviews about this hotel it seems this is a known problem."

"We had such a great experience here and would stay again. The space is simply beautiful with nice furnishings and a cool style. It was an easy and safe walk to many restaurants, bars, and shops, including Ohio's largest bookstore! Ot was a 5 min walk to the streetcar, then a 10 min ride to OTR. The garage is a short walk just around the corner and felt clean and secure. The fire dept is right next door, but it was easy to get used to the backup signal a few times per night. Overall it was very quiet for being right Downtown. The bed was not the most comfortable, but there are plenty of blankets, pillows, and tons of towels. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was well appointed and there was filtered water from the refrigerator. The condo and the building are very clean."

"If you are planning a trip for a family, this IS NOT a family hotel. If you are single and/or are looking for a party, this is the hotel for you. Music can be heard in the room from the lobby area, the roof, and the outside lounge until at least 11:00pm. Multiple areas of the building smelled very strongly of marijuana (lobby, elevators, roof, common areas, etc...). The white smoked out shower walls which silhouettes can be seen from inside the hotel room sleeping area are not conducive or appropriate for a family. The staff was very helpful upon arrival and for all our needs. The weight room area is very clean and some quite impressive equipment, very nice. The hotel is simply not for a family."
