"From the moment I walked in, it was plain that this wasn’t the usual roadside motel. The actual owner, a very personable and dapper gentleman by the name of Bob, just so happened to greet me and make the whole check-in experience quick, interesting and pleasant. The room was as advertised, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The biggest surprise was the FREE breakfast, which was very well laid out, well and continuously stocked and kept clean, and, perhaps most important, had a greater than usual number of offerings. The scrambled eggs were even real and tasty. Bob runs a tight ship. You’ll not be disappointed in your stay at his place."

"We loved this house! It was perfect and had a few basics in the kitchen stocked that really helped. The house was pretty well kept with minor signs of wear. The location was nice, but we did notice some homeless people wandering around that we weren’t expecting. I would stay here again for sure! "

It is a basement apartment so if you are tall, (over 6 feet, few inches tall) it could be an inconvenience walking through some areas. Otherwise, would highly recommend! "

"I have stayed at this property previously when I was visiting Salt Lake City and I feel like it is a home away from home. The beds are so comfortable and the house is very cozy. The furnishings are nice and the property is very clean. The neighborhood is friendly and I love sitting on the front porch, especially in the morning. The host is very responsive. It is conveniently located close to restaurants and stores. "
