the rooms were spotless and there was a communal kitchenette that was a bonus. on a morning there is a snack van 200yards from the front door which was good food and price. It is a bit out but as a result it was very quiet and a very short walk down to The Kelpies. It is also smack bang next to the main motorway network and you do not here a thing. All four of us in separate rooms agreed we would stop here again "

"Property inside is excellent. Advert claims a sauna, wedding facilities, snooker and pool in the 'complex'. Reality is it is a 1st floor flat of a converted terrace house. Staircase is full of weeds. Next door is a building site. Owner says advert is wrong. Bit late as i had already booked. Facilities are unconnected establishments nearby. Very disappointed."
