The Park Hotel. Experience was much better than expected. Check-in swift and painless. Rooms - no complaints. Nothing fancy. But very clean and tidy. Had a good nights sleep. Minor comment that pillows were a bit thin - I like something more supportive. Had an evening meal in there Not only excellent value for money. Very tasty. Really enjoyed my Ribeye Steak. Breakfast was good. Appeared to be cooked to order. So kudos there. Leaving the best till last. Staff were fantastic. Could not fault anyone that I dealt with. All went out of there way to help and make your stay a pleasure. If only all places were like this... and no I aren't one of them or on commission!

Good Hotel and lovely staff. Room was cleaned well. Only thing that that the room lacked was a mini fridge to keep our drinks coll. Overall would recommend this hotel and the food was excellent with great friendly staff.

Room was adequate, pillows were very thin. Staff was great, very helpful. The breakfast included was the same every day, not alot of choices. Their coffee has a burnt taste to it and was undrinkable. The dinner menu was the same every night, food was good, not alot of vegatables.

The hotelnis a bit dated and tired inside and this is the same with the rooms. Staff were excellebt, but the place just needs a revamp and a sprice up asthisnis what lets it down. Its in a great licatin so feels like a lost opportunity. Beds were comffirtable but the room was tired and needed some tlc. Such a shame as the staff were excellent friendly and helpful
