Surprisingly quiet being situated so close to the tracks yet very conveniently located through the tunnel to the main city centre & all the restaurants, pubs & shopping. Very safe & walkable. Breakfast was great via coupons at a couple local cafe’s. The location in La Spezia was wonderful & close to Cinque Terre. Our host Alessandro was very helpful & allowed us a quick & smooth self check-in, plus effective signage was...

A quiet place away from the centre. Pool-side rooms well-equipped, nice, and clean. Parking a bit of a challenge - on a narrow public street.

I’m so glad we selected to stay at Giovanni suites for our 1 night stay in cinque terre. The location is perfect - only a 5 minute walk from the parking area in Manarola and the train station. The room was perfectly clean, including the bathroom. Our room (no.3) had a small terrace which was lovely, but our view was of the street. When we come back, we will request the room with the sea view ahead of time (there are notes in the accommodation that suggest you to request a particular room)....
