Boris went out of his way to ensure our stay was memorable and the food was amazing

Having stayed in so many luxury and / or boutique hotels , I have no second thoughts in saying this has been one of our best stays. Everything, from the quality of breakfast to quality of room and beds to even high quality ritual products in bathroom. Special mention of Juliana , Jan and Teo. Nothing was ever too much for them !

The room was huge, but I booked the largest, everything was perfect. You need a car to stay here IF you want to go to Trogir and Split, although there are busses. The restaurant was excellent, but do NOT order the steak. Lamb was awesome. People friendly. The pool is NT heated, so it was cold for mid-September. There is a boulangerie across the street and a supermarket, so you can get all you need there, the Salona Roman Ruins are easy to access, but not really that great, we strolled through...

Everything was great from check in to check out. Spa and indoor pool very enjoyable for this time of year.

I surprised that in place like Solin exist hotel like President. The hotel unfortunatelly does not deserve the 5 star because there is room for improvement. The breakfast should be richer and more varied, as should the cleanliness of the hotel. It is unacceptable that the door frames are damaged and that the shutters can not be fully closed. The staff is extremelly kind, but keep in mind that this is the south of Croatia, and everything is slower than in the north.

We totally enjoyed our stay. Hotel location was fabulous, right in the heart of the Old Town. We had a room with a balcony overlooking a small square, the experience was memorable. Staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. I would hope to be able to return in the near future.

Exceptionally clean and the a/c worked great! Perfect location for wandering around Split. Highly recommend.

Gem of a find. This is exactly what I was looking for. Location was walking distance to the old town. There is a cracking restaurant at the end of the hill. Owner was very helpful. Wifi and air con apartment. Room was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.
