Apple Tree Cottage is a tranquil and luxurious period property which sleeps six guests, across four well-appointed bedrooms, with two bathrooms (split between the main house and a beautifully converted annexe in the garden). On the ground floor, you'll find a cosy snug and a well-equipped kitchen leading through to the dining/family room. French doors open onto the private garden with views of the Duchy Estate, plenty of outdoor seating and two decked areas; one with a copper bath and another perfect for morning yoga or soaking up the sun. Refurbished to an exceptionally high standard, Apple Tree Cottage is a dog friendly sanctuary, ideal for families or friends looking to unwind together.

Due to space constraints in the living areas, the maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)

Off street parking is available for up to 4 cars

A Charming Home Away from Homw in the Cotswolds

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this beautifully kept and thoughtfully furnished property. From the moment we arrived, it felt like true home away from home -charming and equipped with all the comforts you could possibly need. The location is excellent, offering both peace and quiet as well easy access to the heart pf the Cotswolds and it's surrounding villages. The house itself is full of charm with tasteful furnishings and décor creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Everything was spotless and clearly well cared for which made our stay even more enjoyable. The outside cottage was perfect for our group as one of our family members was not able to climb the stairs to the bedrooms upstairs. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable Cotswold getaway.

A comfortable retreat

The property was exactly as described, and suited our needs perfectly. The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, there was always enough hot water, due to the grim weather we needed to put on a few loads of washing and were pleased to find that both the washing machine and dryer worked well (not always the case in the UK!). I'm delighted to report that I could not fault the property on any points, and would definitely stay again.
