The Nook above the Bookshop - Pass the Keys

The Nook above the Bookshop is a stylish one-bedroom apartment on the first floor with views overlooking Black Jack Street, one of the main historic streets in Cirencester dating back to the 18th century.

The apartment can sleep three, with one double sized bed, and a quality sofa bed in the living room. Please note the sofa bed is available on request.

This is a perfect base to explore the thriving market town of Cirencester, the surrounding Cotswolds villages and beautiful countryside!

The “Nook” has been recently renovated throughout to a high standard and comprises a charming open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The lounge area has a comfy sofa, large Smart TV and board games. The kitchen / dining area has seating for two, large fridge freezer, oven, induction hob and plenty of kitchenware and cooking utensils.

The bedroom has a comfortable double size bed, large wardrobe and comes with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries.

The shower-room has been carefully designed and utilises the space perfectly, with large walk-in shower, tasteful contrasting wall tiles, wash basin and WC.

Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.

High chair and travel cot are available for an additional charge.

Unfortunately we do not accept pets.

PLEASE NOTE: The sofa bed is available on request, so we can ensure sufficient fresh linen and towels are in the property, and there is a small charge for the extra bedding.

CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.

CHECK OUT
Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.

Guests have access to the whole property,

There is a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 1 adult or child. Available on request and a small charge for the extra bedding.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
