"Our room upon check in had a bathroom that was not yet washed with a very dirty toilet. We told the front staff and they quickly had it cleaned. The end result was still not very clean. After a few hours we noticed a few crickets and beetles coming in. We removed those bugs and left for the day. Coming back the room had consistent bugs coming in, to the point where we had asked to pull the beds away from the wall. Front desk was very helpful and apologetic and mentioned to us that all the rooms...
