Family stay in Ciudad del Este
up to day building facilities; basic hot and cold breakfast included in our Hotels.com rate; very helpful to start the day. Close to the Paraguay-Brasil port of entry, close to the shopping malls and the busy trade & shopping area. Nice quiet clean, small pool and social & gathering amenities. We will come back.

The best hotel value in ciudad del este
The staff were the best. They went out of the way to help. The hotel was squeaky clean. Bathroom accessories were fully provisioned. Onlything missing is a coffeemaker

The property was very beautiful. We liked all the lighting and the heated pool. Parking was onsite with an attendant. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous with a great variety. The only suggestion is for the front clerk to smile.

Great hotel. Poor guest service at front desk
Employees at front desk were terrible. Rude. Seems like they didn’t wanted be there. Employees at restaurants were great. Rooms and cleanliness was good.

Great stay for a weekend trip to the falls
Great spot to stay at on the Paraguayan side of the tri borders area. Restaurant was great too. Lunch on Saturday was 35000 PYG for a fixed menu and lunch Sunday was a really nice buffet. They set up a shuttle for us for ~800k pyg to the falls which was amazing (both the falls and the convenience of having a shuttle and driver). Would absolutely recommend this place. Be careful, however, finding it on google maps. The actual hotel is just north of the main highway to Brazil. The fake location is in a barrio.

O hotel em sí é bom, porém seu serviço de internet praticamente não tem! Tentei conversar com o rapaz da recepção se tinha uma outra rede disponível que eu conseguisse usar para trabalhar, porém sem sucesso. E existia outra rede, mas alegaram que não sabia a senha, e com isso acarretou para que eu mudasse de hotel me forçando a gatar de novo, por isso a minha experiencia com o marambaia foi horrível. NÃO VOLTO MAIS !

O hotel é muito bomz
Hotel muito limpo, quartos confortável, ótimo café da manhã, não gostei muito do atendimento da recepção e principalmente do restaurante no jantar, meu pedido demorou quase uma hora e ainda o prata que pedi estava horrível, sem sabor.

Excelente estadia.
Hotel muito confortável, com excelente café da manhã, estacionamento até para veículos grandes, piscina, banheiro espaçoso e com excelente ducha, restaurante no local, boas refeições e com preço razoável. Muito silencioso, embora tenha muitos aptos. Vale a pena considerar com uma das melhores opções na região de Ciudad del Leste.

Un hotel excelente con precio accesible, perfecta atención y gran desayuno. Celebro el interés del personal para cumplir con la demanda de los clientes hasta el último momento!. Vale la pena y volveré las veces que pase por Ciudad del Este. También celebro los cuadros abstractos de la artista Carla Ascarza en la habitación que considero de un gran gusto!. Gran artista en un gran hotel.

Muitíssimo satisfeito
Hotel excelente, atendimento muito bom, as instalações são muito limpas e de muito bom acabamento, quarto grande, guarda roupas, cofre, mesa, etc, fica um pouco distante das compras, 3km, mas o uber atende muito bem. Qdo voltar a Cidad del Este, sem dúvida alguma, voltarei a me hospedar nesse hotel, vale muito mais que os hoteis de Fox do Iguaçu.

O hotel é incrível e o café da manhã é sensacional. O único problema são os funcionários da recepção. São meio mal humorados e mesmo que você contrate o quarto triplo só colocam toalhas, roupões, xampus para 2 pessoas.

Hotel cómodo para descansar y estar tranquilo. El servicio y atención excelente. Recomendado. Mejor si se viaje en coche propio para ir al centro de la ciudad y alrededores ya que nada se puede hacer andando desde el hotel.

O Hotel já apresenta a necessidade de atualização. Fiquei duas diárias e não foi feito a arrumação do quarto. Ao reclamar, fui informado que o setor de reservas informou que eu estaria somente um dia e pediam desculpas. Nada além disto.
