"Good location for Emerald Park however hotel room floor was filthy and not hoovered (pretzels and biscuits all over floor). We had to pay for everything as we went along and they wouldnt let us charge to the room. Shower was good when it worked. Most plugs in the room didnt work. Mouldy curtains in room also. They seperate the bar and restaurant however the menu is the same and we had to go looking for menus in the restaurant. "

"We used this as our "Home Base" for our trip and it worked out perfectly. Dave and Sue are amazing hosts and go above and beyond for their guests. We will definately be back:)"

"Heating/aircon was hit or miss. 2 rooms 1 worked 1 didnt. 1hairdryer broken"

"Room was ok, but they were running out of food an hour before closing time, which is not good when people want to have a lie in and have a late breakfast. It happened on 2 days out of the 3 we were there."
