"Needlessly disappointing. Stayed here twice in the past month but never again. Breakfast was minimal, with no hot food and a lot of carbs except one-type of sliced cheese and one-type of cold meat. You only get one hand towel for two people. They won't even allow a few minutes of later check-out. Needed a plug after check-out to charge my laptop but was not allowed to use the plug in an empty conference room and was told it was private (but empty). Requested quite rooms and only the second-stay room was what we requested. They need to adopt some "customer friendly" polices."

"Beautiful property in a great location! The spa was amazing! I had wonderful massages! Rocio at the concierge desk was so very helpful! She was always so kind with any questions or recommendations I needed! Guadeloupe at the front desk was amazing as well! She was so accommodating in any of my requests! The bar staff was also wonderful! Especially Reval the bartender who made our trip extra special! Great experience! Highly recommend staying here! "

"Review asked: Was the airport shuttle easy to use? Answer: Had no idea the hotel had an airport shuttle. I don't remember it being advertised and certainly no one asked if we needed a shuttle when we checked out. We just took an Uber to/from the airport."
